General Safety Notice
MorePumps offers compounded prescription medications for erectile dysfunction (ED) and sexual performance support, including formulations containing sildenafil, tadalafil, Bremelanotide (PT-141), and L-Theanine. Sildenafil and tadalafil belong to a class of medications called PDE5 inhibitors. PT-141 is a melanocortin receptor agonist. L-Theanine is an amino acid included to support a calm, focused state.
MorePumps compounded medications are prepared by licensed compounding pharmacies and prescribed by licensed healthcare providers. The FDA does not approve or verify compounded drugs for safety, effectiveness, or quality.
Do not take MorePumps products if you:
Take nitrate medications for chest pain (such as nitroglycerin, isosorbide mononitrate, or isosorbide dinitrate) or use "poppers" (amyl nitrate or butyl nitrate) recreationally — this combination can cause a dangerous drop in blood pressure.
Take riociguat (Adempas) or vericiguat — guanylate cyclase stimulators used for pulmonary hypertension or heart failure.
Are allergic to sildenafil, tadalafil, Bremelanotide (PT-141), L-Theanine, or any inactive ingredients in these medications.
Are younger than 18 years of age.
Are female (these medications are intended for men only).
Have severe or uncontrolled high blood pressure.
Have serious heart rhythm problems (cardiac arrhythmias).
Have had a stroke (cerebrovascular event).
Have been advised by your doctor to avoid sexual activity due to heart or cardiovascular problems.
Before You Take MorePumps Products
Before starting any MorePumps prescription, tell your healthcare provider if you:
Have heart disease, a history of heart attack or stroke, irregular heartbeat, or chest pain.
Had heart surgery within the past 6 months or a heart attack within the last 90 days.
Have low blood pressure or uncontrolled high blood pressure.
Have liver or kidney problems, including those on dialysis.
Have ever had an erection lasting more than 4 hours (priapism).
Have anatomical abnormalities of the penis, including Peyronie's disease, or blood cell disorders such as sickle cell anemia, leukemia, or multiple myeloma.
Have eye problems such as retinitis pigmentosa or a history of sudden vision loss related to NAION.
Have a history of stomach or gastrointestinal ulcers, bleeding disorders, or anemia.
Have pulmonary veno-occlusive disease (PVOD).
Have autoimmune disorders, Wilson disease, or a history of cancer.
Have neurological or mood disorders such as anxiety or depression.
Medicines and Interactions
Be sure to tell your healthcare provider about all medicines, vitamins, supplements, and herbal products you are taking, particularly:
Nitrates or guanylate cyclase stimulators (riociguat, vericiguat).
Alpha-blockers (used for prostate issues or high blood pressure) such as Hytrin (terazosin), Flomax (tamsulosin), Cardura (doxazosin), Minipress (prazosin), Uroxatral (alfuzosin), Jalyn (dutasteride+tamsulosin), or Rapaflo (silodosin).
HIV protease inhibitors such as ritonavir, indinavir, saquinavir, or atazanavir.
Oral antifungals such as ketoconazole or itraconazole.
Certain antibiotics such as erythromycin, clarithromycin, or telithromycin.
Cobicistat or other CYP3A4 inhibitors.
Other ED treatments — do NOT combine with Viagra®, Cialis®, Levitra®, Stendra®, Revatio®, or Adcirca®, or any other product containing sildenafil, tadalafil, or PT-141.
Medications for blood pressure or pulmonary artery hypertension.
Other stimulants or caffeine-containing medications and supplements.
Sedatives or other supplements with calming effects, as L-Theanine may have additive effects.
Taking multiple ED treatments or combining medications without supervision increases the risk of side effects.
Serious Risks
Stop using the medication and seek immediate medical help if you experience:
An erection that is painful or lasts more than 4 hours (priapism) — this is a medical emergency.
Sudden vision loss in one or both eyes, which may be a sign of non-arteritic anterior ischemic optic neuropathy (NAION).
Sudden decrease or loss of hearing, ringing in the ears, or dizziness.
Chest pain, shortness of breath, dizziness, severe heartburn, or nausea during or after sexual activity.
Signs of an allergic reaction such as swelling of the mouth, lips, tongue, or throat; difficulty swallowing or breathing; rash; or hives.
Severe nausea, vomiting, or diarrhea that does not improve.
Darkening of the skin (hyperpigmentation), particularly on the face, gums, or other areas — a known effect associated with PT-141.
Stroke-like symptoms including weakness, trouble speaking or thinking, or facial drooping.
Possible Side Effects
Possible side effects when taking this medication include:
Headache, dizziness, imbalance, or fainting.
Flushing, nasal congestion, or stuffy nose.
Nausea, vomiting, reflux, or upset stomach.
Muscle aches, back pain, or fever.
Fast or abnormal heartbeat; high or low blood pressure.
Vision changes, blurriness, or sensitivity to light.
Rash; hives; itching; or red, swollen, blistered, or peeling skin.
Swelling of the extremities.
Bleeding or bruising.
Darkening of the skin (hyperpigmentation).
Painful erection or erection lasting longer than 4 hours.
Temporary nausea or flushing shortly after dosing, which may be associated with PT-141.
Additional Warnings
MorePumps medications do not protect against sexually transmitted infections (STIs), including HIV.
These medications are not a cure for erectile dysfunction.
This medication may cause dizziness or vision changes. Do not drive or operate machinery if you experience these effects.
Talk with your doctor before drinking alcohol while taking this medication.
Sexual dysfunction can sometimes be a sign of an underlying health condition such as cardiovascular disease or high cholesterol. Discuss your health with your doctor to ensure you are healthy enough for sex. If you experience chest pain, dizziness, or nausea during sexual intercourse, seek immediate medical help.
These products are intended for use by adults only and are not for use in children or women.
